Eli’s Coming…

But I doubt we’ll have to hide our hearts. Ol’ Dopey McGee, whose passer rating only slightly eclipses his IQ, leads the New York Football Giants into Texas Stadium next week to take their best shot at the NFC’s top seed, my beloved Dallas Cowboys.

And while I will admit a twinge of anxiety due solely to the “it’s hard to beat the same team three times in the same season” theory, I am largely confident that the ‘Boys will TCB and not STB. T.O. should be back and ready to go, which is good news for Romo and bad news for Coughlin’s defense.

Bring it.

  1. I’m not a fan of Eli Manning at all. I think he doesn’t work hard and is destined to be an average player. Tampa Bay didn’t come to play today, but he’ll have a horrible game against the Cowboys.

  2. Cowboys Vs Giants….

“The Dallas Cowboys lead the series 54-35-2, but this is the first time the teams have met in the playoffs. Dallas won both games this season, 45-35 in the season opener in Dallas Sept. 9 and 31-20 at Giants Stadium Nov. 11. In the first game, Dallas tore apart a Giants defense that was still learning new coordinator Steve Spagnuolo’s system. The Cowboys had 476 yards and six touchdowns, including two on passes of more than 45 yards. In the second game, the Giants defense could not stop quarterback Tony Romo (20 of 28, 323 yards, four TDs) and Eli Manning threw two interceptions.”
